Abstract

This paper is an analysis of methodological and theoretical foundations on human capital, due to this category is the main element of analysis to the economic mainstream to study labor market. We analyze mainly as educational training in the system can affect possibilities to have an aggregate of labor market. Initially, we study some assumptions in Becker´s theoretical formulation of human capital theory, we do certain observations to some limitations of this theory, that appear due to this is integrated into the framework of analysis of the neoclassical system. In this paper, we propose that the presence of the training induces an internal inconsistency with respect to the conditions that are needed for existence in the labor market, thus presenting a criticism of internal consistency to the human capital theory with respect to the analysis framework to which it is integrated.
