About the Journal

Análisis Económico is a publication on economics, whose objective is the dissemination, mainly at the national and Latin American level, of scientific articles that address different aspects of economic analysis, both from a theoretical and applied perspective. It is a forum open to the participation of researchers, academics and professionals in the various branches of economic sciences and their alternative approaches.

Articles are received throughout the year and no charge is made, neither for processing nor for publication, and its financing comes from the institution that publishes it.

Análisis Económico is part of the indexes of international journals: Econlit (Journal of Economic Literature of the American Economic Association), RedALyC (Network of Scientific Journals of Latin America and the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal), SciELO México (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Latindex (Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal), REDIB (Ibero-American Network of Innovation and Scientific Knowledge) and DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals). Likewise, it is included in the Classification System of Mexican Science and Technology Journals of the National Council of Humanities, Science and Technology (CONAHCYT).
