Abstract

This investigation concerns the possible interaction of the Ricardian theory and poverty schemes Sen, whose approach implies, in the Sraffa-Ricardo frontier, an indication of under what conditions are likely to identify a situation of poverty or not. This framed in the
environment of social justice contemplates the existence of a negative interaction between the variables distribution of industrial capitalists and workers, ie all poverty is seen as a conflicting condition since its resolution involves a diminution in the profit rate of industrial capitalists, this supposed to mean that wages are kept in very poor conditions given levels of production
